This policy explains how True Pool 3D, developed by Ma Jialun under Oversketch Studio ("we"), handles information in the game, when you contact us, and when you visit this policy page.
Play without creating an account. Your player profiles, preferences, and game records stay on your device; the game does not upload them to us. There are no ads or third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. Optional purchases are handled by Apple.
1. Information kept on your device
The game stores the following locally to remember your choices and records:
- Player display names, selected built-in avatars, and cue styles. You may use a nickname; the game does not need your real name.
- Preferences such as language, music, sound, aiming assistance, difficulty and match length.
- Personal best results, record statistics, and local flags for profile setup and the system rating prompt.
We do not operate player accounts, online leaderboards, or a cloud game-data synchronization service. Avatars come from the game’s included images. The game does not request access to your photo library, camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
2. Optional in-app purchases
All standard tables and the six standard rule sets are free. The optional Fun Tables Expansion Pack is a one-time in-app purchase handled through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit.
Apple handles payment and purchase history. The app uses StoreKit product information and verified purchase status to show a local price, unlock the pack, restore purchases, and respond to refunds or revoked access. Verification uses Apple’s services and on-device StoreKit; we do not run a purchase-verification server or upload your game profile to one. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.
The app may also query Apple for product information and purchase status when it starts or returns to the foreground. Purchasing and restoring may require an internet connection and an Apple Account. Deleting the app does not delete Apple’s purchase history. Manage purchases and refund requests through Apple.
3. Apple ratings, diagnostics, and backups
The app may request Apple’s system rating prompt and keeps a local flag to avoid repeatedly requesting it. Apple controls whether it appears. The app cannot read the rating you submit in that prompt.
Apple may process App Store transactions, reviews, diagnostics, and device backups under its own policies and your settings. Depending on those settings, Apple may make app analytics, crash reports, or TestFlight feedback available to developers. We have not integrated a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Any diagnostic information you or Apple make available may be used to investigate faults and improve reliability.
4. Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your question and handle the support request. Emailing us does not automatically send your game files. Please send only information relevant to the request.
Support information is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email providers also process messages under their own privacy policies.
5. This website and external links
This policy page uses no advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. As with a normal web request, the hosting server receives technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, response status, and referring page if your browser sends it. Server logs are used for delivery, troubleshooting, and security, and are rotated under the server’s retention settings. This website traffic is separate from your local game data.
If you follow a link to Apple, Godot, or another external website, that service handles your visit under its own privacy policy.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can edit player names, avatars, cue styles, and available preferences in the game. Choose Delete App in iOS or iPadOS to remove the app and its local data from that device. Offloading the app or removing its Home Screen icon does not delete all local data.
Depending on your backup settings, app data may also be included in an iCloud or computer backup. Manage those copies with Apple’s settings or your backup tools; we cannot access or delete them for you.
To ask about personal information you sent us or request access, correction, or deletion, contact the email below. We will respond as applicable to your request and local law. We cannot retrieve local game records that were never sent to us.
7. Sharing and protection
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising. Information you provide for support, and technical website information, may be processed by the email and hosting services needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address abuse and protect our services. We take reasonable steps to limit access to information we hold; no storage or transmission method is completely risk-free.
8. Children and policy updates
The game does not ask players for their age or require personal contact information to play. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child has voluntarily sent us. Apple’s account and purchase controls apply to App Store purchases.
If our features or information-handling practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
